25 - Called Annual Meeting @ HBA - 7 pm

The purposes of the Annual Meeting on March 25, 7:00pm, at 2170 Jonesboro Road, McDonough, are to consider and vote as to whether the Henry Baptist Association, Inc. should sell, lease, exchange or otherwise dispose of all or substantially all of its assets, including but not limited to all real and personal property, by gift (or otherwise) to Southside Baptist Network, Inc., as well as to conduct any other business which may be raised at the Annual Meeting.  If such a transfer of the assets of Henry Baptist Association, Inc. is approved at this Annual Meeting, all or substantially all of the assets of Henry Baptist Association, Inc. may be given to Southside Baptist Network, Inc., without any charge or other payment being received by the Henry Baptist Association, Inc. from Southside Baptist Network, Inc.
